Explanation

The end connectors of our gas springs are distinguished according to whether they fit on the end of the pipe or on the end of the rod (or both). Our gas spring designation is interpreted as follows:

In this catalogue, each end connection is accompanied by a table indicating the type of gas spring for which it can be used as an end. Where the end connector is applicable, it is marked with an ‘X’. Where it is not marked, the end coupling is NOT applicable. Where there is more than one size option, this is indicated by the symbol „/” (e.g. M6/M8). In this case, the connector is available in both versions. A note in red is also shown next to some end fittings.
